March 6th: The expedition aircraft "World Flyer" arrives in Sweden! The project writes history yet again by reaching a very important milestone in the project - the expedition aircraft (to be named "World Flyer" has arrived in Sweden! Johan Hammarström was the first pilot to fly the aircraft from the factory in Wiener Neustedt (Vienna) on March 3rd and arrived two days later in Kalmar (Sweden) where it will be held for a few days in order to complete the registration process. This is the first aircraft of its type that arrives to Sweden so it was also a unique thing happning in the aviation world in Sweden! The aircraft works just great - it is a pleasure to fly it, states Johan Hammarström after his landing in Kalmar. The coming week will be very busy with certification, attachments of all logotypes and also a few installations prior to the departure. Keep an eye regularly at the expedition blog since now things are happening frequently!
